Preheat oven to 350Β°. In a large mixing bowl shread bread and add milk. Soak 2-5 minutes.

Combine all remaining ingredients except ground beef and pickapeppa with bread and milk mixture. Mix well with your hands.

Now add ground beef again mixing well. Shape mixture into a loaf. Place in baking pan. Glaze top of loaf with pickapeppa. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
