Mom'S Macaroni And Cheese is an easy family-friendly dish. Made with 1 lb. macaroni (i use small shells), 1 lb. colby cheese or cheddar, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 soup can milk and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook macaroni until just done.
Grate cheese.
Drain macaroni and add the cheese while hot (save some to sprinkle on top).
Stir in margarine and milk.
Mix well.
Add more milk if needed to make creamy.
