Molded Shrimp Loaf
Molded Shrimp Loaf is an impressive baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with . unflavored gelatin, c. cold water, (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, . cream cheese, softened and mashed and c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Bring tomato soup to a boil in saucepan.
Add gelatin and allow to cool.
When cool, add cream cheese.
Stir in all other ingredients.
Pour into an oiled 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours or until set. To serve, unmold on large platter.
Garnish with lettuce and lemon and lime slices.
