Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy Mexican salad you can prepare in just 42 minutes. Made with . hamburger, cooked and drained, small onion, chopped, c. raw rice, cooked, c. tomato sauce and . chili seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large shallow baking pan, put 1 layer corn chips (not too thick, as it dries out), 1 layer rice and 1 layer hamburger mixture (hamburger, onion, tomato sauce and chili seasoning).
Sprinkle with grated cheese (Cheddar).
Put in oven to melt cheese.
On top, put 1 layer shredded lettuce and 1 layer cherry tomatoes (or cut up whole tomatoes).
