Meat Loaf In Crock-Pot is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 pkg. ground beef (1 1/2 to 2 lb.), 1 egg, 1/2 c. milk, 1 1/2 slices bread and kraft barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place ground beef in large bowl.
In small bowl, whip 1 egg for each pound of meat.
After whipping, add bread (broken up into small pieces).
To the whipped mixture, add 1/2 cup milk for each pound of meat.
Mix all liquid ingredients with the meat and shape into loaf shape.
Place in the middle of the crock-pot, along with carrots, potatoes or whatever vegetables desired.
