Kid'S Ice Cream
Kid'S Ice Cream is an moderately easy family-friendly dish. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/3 c. chunky peanut butter, 3 c. whipping cream and 1/2 c. chopped chocolate covered peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a large mixer bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar and peanut butter with an electric mixer on low speed until blended.
Stir in whipping cream, chocolate covered peanuts, melted milk balls and milk.
Freeze in a 4 or 5-quart ice cream freezer according to the manufacturer's directions.
Serve with hot fudge sauce. Makes about 1 1/4 quarts ice cream.
