Pour hot milk over soft bread crumbs and cheese.
Cover until cheese melts, then add macaroni, beaten egg yolks, parsley, salt, onions and melted butter.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Fold into mixture.
Pour into well-greased casserole and bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 35 to 45 minutes (must be eaten immediately or it will fall).
