Fruit Dip
Fruit Dip is an moderately easy snack you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with envelopes unflavored gelatin, (16 oz.) cottage cheese, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, (8 oz.) pkg. lemon low-fat yogurt and (16 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Dissolve gelatin and 3/4 cup of water on medium heat until dissolved.
Put in blender.
Add cottage cheese until very smooth. Add cream cheese, yogurt and lemonade.
Mix well for 2 minutes. Put in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Eat with lots of fruit.
