Floating Island Punch
Floating Island Punch is an moderately easy drink you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with c. sugar, (6 oz.) can frozen lemon juice, (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, qt. sparkling water or white grape juice and (4 oz.) bottle maraschino cherries and juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat sugar and water until sugar dissolves; cool.
Combine fruit juices, ginger ale, sparkling water and fruit.
Add syrup; pour into punch bowl.
Add ice cubes.
Drop in sherbet by spoonful or in balls, using an ice cream dipper.
