Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with c. chopped nuts, . cream cheese, box powdered sugar, c. coconut and butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In 9 x 13-inch pan put nuts and coconut on bottom of pan and spread evenly.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Melt oleo and cream cheese in microwave or low heat in pan.
When melted, mix in powdered sugar; should be pretty thick.
Spoon all over cake mix; do not spread out.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
You don't have to ice cake unless you want to.
