Place round steak in crock-pot.
Push meat up sides.
Add vegetables.
Dissolve beef cubes in water.
Add sugar, tapioca and salt.
Pour over meat and vegetables.
Cook 8 hours on low in crock-pot.
Add Kitchen Bouquet for color, if desired.
