Crock-Pot Roast
Crock-Pot Roast is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 3 lb. roast (sirloin tip works well), 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1 c. coffee (regular or decaf) and 2 bay leaves, crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Sear roast on all sides in 1 tablespoon hot oil.
Combine all the other ingredients in a crock-pot.
Transfer roast to crock-pot and slice another onion on top.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
