Crock-Pot Potatoes
Crock-Pot Potatoes is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with potatoes (about 4 lb.), onion, chopped, bell pepper, chopped, tex-joy steak seasoning and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

The potatoes may be peeled or just scrubbed well.
Slice them in 1/2-inch thick rounds.
Place in a crock-pot.
Add onions and bell pepper.
Sprinkle with Tex-Joy.
Put a stick of margarine on top and plug in the pot.
Place setting on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
