Crock-Pot Macaroni
Crock-Pot Macaroni is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 lb. cooked macaroni, 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 1/4 c. milk, 1 lb. grated sharp cheese and egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place stick of butter in bottom of crock-pot.
Layer macaroni and cheese (save some cheese to sprinkle on top); stir as you add. Stir in milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Mix egg and evaporated milk; pour over top of everything.
Do not stir!!! Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours.
