Crock-Pot Dressing
Crock-Pot Dressing is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 c. chopped onions, 2 c. chopped celery, 12 to 13 c. dry bread crumbs and 1 tsp. poultry seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Margarine in skillet and saute onions and celery. Pour over bread crumbs in very large mixing bowl.
Add seasoning and toss together well.
Pour in enough broth to moisten. Add eggs and mix well.
Pack lightly into crock-pot.
Cover and to high for 45 minutes.
Then reduce to low to cook for 4 to 8 hours.
