Crock-Pot Dressing
Crock-Pot Dressing is an impressive slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. chopped onion, 2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. parsley and 2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter in skillet.
Saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms. Pour over bread crumbs in large mixing bowl.
Add seasonings and toss to mix well. Pour enough broth over to moisten.
Add water and eggs and mix.
Pack lightly in crock-pot. Cover and cook on high for 45 minutes, then on low for 4 to 8 hours.
