Crock-Pot Chicken and Rice
Crock-Pot Chicken And Rice is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 3 lb. fryer chicken, 1 c. long grain white rice (uncooked), 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 2/3 c. water and 1 envelope dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine uncooked rice, soup and water in crock-pot, stir well. Put chicken in a roasting bag to coat chicken with onion soup mix.
Puncture 4 to 6 holes in bottom of bag and fold top of the bag over chicken and place in crock-pot on top of rice.
Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hours.
