Crock-Pot Brunswick Stew
Crock-Pot Brunswick Stew is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1 lb. chicken breast, 1 1/2 c. water and 2 pt. canned tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large skillet, cook beef and pork.
Drain off fat and set aside.
Cover chicken with water and cook until tender.
Remove chicken from bone and tear into small pieces. (Reserve broth for another use.) Add chicken to beef and pork.
Cook slowly until well blended.
Put meat in crock-pot.
Add tomatoes, corn, catsup, margarine, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cook at 300° to 325° (low heat) for 5 or 6 hours.
