Crock-Pot Brisket
Crock-Pot Brisket is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1/2 bottle liquid smoke and 2 tbsp. each: celery salt, garlic salt or powder, seasoned salt and onion salt or powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Sprinkle dry ingredients on brisket and then pour liquid smoke over brisket.
Wrap tightly in foil and place in crock-pot.
Cook on low 8 to 12 hours.
There will be a lot of juice when done; save some to mix with the barbecue sauce.
This can also be cooked in a slow oven.
I cook mine in the oven overnight at about 225Β°.
