Crock-Pot Barbecue
Crock-Pot Barbecue is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 2 lb. stewing beef, roast or round roast, 4 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 c. tomato juice, 3 tbsp. vinegar or less and 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil in open pan for 15 minutes with 1/4 cup vinegar and water to cover.
Pour off all liquid.
Put in pressure and add water, salt, pepper with 1/2 apple and small onion in cavity.
Cook about 2 hours on 10 pounds pressure.
Take liquid and make dressing if you like it.
