In a large bowl, combine macaroni, milk, cottage cheese, corn (or Veg-All), egg product and 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese.
Spoon into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, toss crackers with 1/4 cup cheese.
Sprinkle over macaroni mixture; return to oven and bake 30 minutes.
