Chili Rellenos Casserole
Chili Rellenos Casserole is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 44 minutes. In large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream and green onions. Sprinkle bottom of 13 x 9-inch dish with 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
Cover cheese with 1/2 the egg mixture, then, in equal portions, layer as follows: chilies, jalapeños, egg mixture, chilies, jalapeños and egg mixture.
Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
