Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped (i use 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts), cream of chicken soup, c. chicken broth, large (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained and c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Melt oleo in 13 x 9-inch pan
Put chicken over oleo
Mix soup and broth; pour over chicken
Pour vegetables over mixture
Mix milk and Bisquick; pour over pie
Cook at 425Β° for 25 minutes or until done
Serves 6 to 8.
