Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 32 minutes. Pinch bread in small pieces in a large mixing bowl.
Pour scalded milk over bread.
Let this soak at least an hour.
While still warm, add sugar, melted margarine and beaten eggs; mix well.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, pineapple and raisins.
Mix well and pour in well-greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
Mixture will be soupy. Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes or until light brown.
