Blueberry Coffee Cake
Blueberry Coffee Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 38 minutes. Made with soft margarine, c. sugar, eggs, small carton sour cream and c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Sift in flour, soda, salt and baking powder.
Mix well.
Fold in blueberries.
Spray Bundt pan with Pam and put half the batter in pan.
Mix sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
Spoon half of this over batter and then pour the rest of batter on top.
Put sugar mixture on top and mix with knife.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
