Banana Crush Punch
Banana Crush Punch is an moderately easy drink you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. water, (46 oz.) can sweetened pineapple juice, (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve sugar in water; add juices and mashed bananas.
Mix everything except carbonated beverage.
Divide into 6 equal portions in 6 freezer cartons and freeze ahead of time.
Take out about 2 hours before serving time.
Mix 1 portion with one bottle of carbonated beverage (lemon-lime soda or ginger ale).
Makes about 72 punch cup servings of slushy-type punch.
No extra ice is needed.
