Quick Cacciatore
Quick Cacciatore is an impressive quick meal you can prepare in about 1 hour 50 minutes. Made with jar healthy choice spaghetti sauce, italian tomatoes (chunks or whole), garlic powder, italian season and oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix spaghetti sauce and tomatoes in pot adding spices to taste.
Cut green pepper; add to sauce.
Add mushrooms.
Cook on stove until bubbly then reduce to simmer.
While sauce is simmering, cook chicken in frypan with only 1 to 2 tablespoons oil.
Using a nonstick pan is best.
Cook chicken until done, browning on both sides.
Add chicken to sauce.
Spoon sauce over your favorite pasta.
Place chicken on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
