Punch Bowl Cake
Punch Bowl Cake is an moderately easy drink you can prepare in about 2 hours 16 minutes. Made with large pkg. strawberry jello, small pkg. strawberries, large can crushed pineapple, angel food cakes and c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine sugar and pineapple, refrigerate.
Mix jello according to directions on box.
Chill until soft jell stage. Combine 1 carton Cool Whip with jello.
Add strawberries, 1/2 nuts, pineapple and sugar.
Tear angel food cake apart. Layer cake and mixture, starting with cake.
Cover with Cool Whip and coconut and nuts.
This is great for summer when it's too hot for chocolate.
