Pasta with Beans Soup
Pasta With Beans Soup is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with lean ground beef, onion, chopped, (15 oz.) cans tomatoes, (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans and (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown meat in large Dutch oven or pan.
Add onion, tomatoes, beans and broth; simmer 15 minutes.
Just before serving, add macaroni, pepper, oregano and basil.
Serve immediately sprinkled with grated Romano or Parmesan cheese.
I take the fat off the broth that makes it almost fat-free.
