Pasta Salad
Pasta Salad is an moderately easy pasta dish you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with (12 oz.) box pasta, cooked and drained, qt. cherry tomatoes, small cans black olives, sliced, large green pepper and medium yellow onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook pasta as directed.
Drain and rinse in cold water. Combine tomatoes (halved or quartered), green pepper (chopped), broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and parsley.
Add pasta and toss. Pour dressing over salad and add cheese.
Let marinate overnight. Serves 20.
