Out Of This World Frosting

Bring milk to a boil; set aside.

Cream sugar, shortening and margarine at high speed; add salt after mixture is creamy.

Add cool milk, small portions at a time.

Add vanilla and beat until all sugar disappears when touching it between thumb and finger.
