Crunch 1 1/2 rows of Oreos and add butter and press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan
Mix pudding, milk, cream cheese and sugar, then fold in Cool Whip
Pour over Oreos
Crush rest of Oreos and put on top
Cover and refrigerate.
