Modern Pioneer Stew
Modern Pioneer Stew is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 36 minutes. Made with . lipton onion soup mix, . beef stew meat, cut up, cream of mushroom soup, to 3/4 can water and splash of red burgundy wine (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Sprinkle Lipton mix over bottom of casserole dish or pan.
(I use 2 1/2-quart casserole.)
Put meat on top of soup mix.
Mix can of soup with water; add splash of red wine.
Pour soup mixture over meat.
Add the cut up vegetables on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover tightly.
Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours in 300Β° oven. Serve with Bisquick biscuits or crusty French bread.
