Lasagna Rice

Mix together the first 5 ingredients, then mix together the rest of ingredients.
Use a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Put a light layer of sauce mixture on bottom of pan, then a layer of rice mixture, then again sauce, rice and so on.
