Feta Veggie Pasta
Feta Veggie Pasta is an moderately easy pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with . rotini, . sun dried tomatoes (dry), c. broccoli, chopped, medium red pepper, chopped and gloves chopped garlic or to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soak sun dried tomatoes in warm water for 30 minutes.
Cook rotini as directed (al dente).
Cook chopped broccoli in microwave on High for 4 minutes.
Add red pepper and chopped sun dried tomatoes to broccoli.
Cook 1 minute in microwave.
Saute chopped garlic in oil until hot.
Add vegetables, chopped Feta cheese and garlic and oil to rotini.
Cover with parsley and serve.
