Cranberry Pumpkin Bread
Cranberry Pumpkin Bread is an impressive baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with eggs, c. sugar, (28 oz.) can solid pumpkin (not the pie mix), c. oil and c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine first 4 ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour the pumpkin mixture in.
Mix together only until the dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Pour into 2 or 3 medium size loaf pans. Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 75 minutes.
