Combine Crisco, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Mix at medium speed until well mixed.
Add oats, flour, soda and cinnamon.
Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until well mixed. Fold in nuts and raisins.
Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
