Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into pan.
Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
Spread on crust.
Mix the Cool Whip, 1 cup cold milk and vanilla together.
Spread on cream cheese.
Let set about 5 minutes.
Spread pie filling on top.
Chill and serve.
