Bonnie's Potato Soup
Bonnie'S Potato Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with medium potatoes, medium onions and carrot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Peel and slice vegetables.
Place in a 2-quart saucepan. cover with water and cook until very tender.
Pour in blender (water too); add salt, pepper, milk and butter to taste, leaving a few vegetables out to add at the last for some body.
Blend until smooth.
Reheat in saucepan.
(You may add Polish sausage to this to make it a heartier soup.)
