Artichoke Pita Crisps is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. water, green onions, sliced, (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, c. thinly sliced celery and c. chopped, baked ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine water, artichokes and celery in small saucepan. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Drain artichoke mixture well. Finely chop ham, green onions, olives and artichoke mixture in food processor.
Scrape into large bowl.
PurΓ©e cottage cheese in processor.
Add to bowl with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
