Apple Cider Stew
Apple Cider Stew is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with large onions, sliced, . vegetable oil, . beef, cut in chunks, . flour and . salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown onions in hot oil; push aside and brown meat.
Combine flour, salt, pepper and thyme; add to pan and stir.
Stir in cider and ketchup.
(Add water to thin if necessary.)
